Research on exercise says that moderate exercise is better than heavy exercise, and even twenty minutes can give benefits. I just did 40 minutes last night, including some running, and I'm feeling really good - those beta endorphins are kicking in.
Yes, I know the West Pointers would do 40 minutes in their business suits, but, for me, that's a good bit.
