Yes, yes.   The Machiavellian politics works this  way.

When they think it is politically advantageous for them, they say: Yankee go home.

When they think it is politically advantageous for them, they say: The world needs the Yankee.

But, as to Jim Rickards and his Project Prophecy: The world is a dangerous place.
