Canada is safe, she has a squadron of ex Australian F-18As to defend the nation.
When we get our nuke subs in 2099+ she can buy our old 'Collins' class boats.

The subs will be built by either the USA or UK, certainly not in Australia.
The US is doing all it can to increase 'Virginia' production to 3x a year, and that will probably mean the establishment of a third slipway.
The UK is coming to the end of the RN order for 7 'Astute' class SSNs and the opportunity to extend that to another 8x for Australia would be a fairly simple matter.
