No allegations of adultery or other made up charge were necessary - not doing the job is enough reason for relief The executive officer of the USS Chung-Hoon has been relieved of duty, according to the Navy, the 14th commander to be fired this year. Cmdr. David Faught, who had been serving as the Hawaii-based ship’s second in command, was fired Wednesday because of a “loss of confidence in his ability to perform as XO,” Navy spokesman Lt.
