If crocs can eat fish, we can kill crocs. If you kill it because you're need to eat the entire thing to survive, that is fine with me. But if you're going to kill it for some other reason, it might not be all fine with me. IOW, motive has to be considered. -Don- Reno, NV

"Unless I can eat them first!" "First catch your crocodile" ...and crocodile meat is CRAPPY! looks like chicken, has the texture of soft rubber, and tastes like $%#@. SJ Isn't croc or alligator a delicacy in Louisiana?

I can appreciate food both plain or with flavoring. I must get to Louisiana and try the cooking.
BTW, getting back to the OP, I wonder if the reptile enjoys surfing, the way mammals (dogs and humans) do.

If they did not, they would not do it!

But can a reptile really "enjoy" anything? I understand their brains don't allow them to feel love or affection the way mammals do.

Here's another croc surfing the waves - I wonder if it's the same one. It seems to be enjoying the water, from the pictures, but, as I said, I wonder if a reptile can "enjoy" something the way a mammal can.

OF COURSE he is enjoying it, can't you SEE the smile on his face? It's a crocodile smile, so I wouldn't trust it.

Or how about killing it to prevent overpopulation of crocs? Or to prevent that overpopulation from destabilizing the ecology? Or to prevent it from eating other little crocs who just hatched from their eggs? Or because that croc is ill and should be put out of its misery?
