They each should pick one representative of their government, be thrown in a pit and whichever one emerges alive will have the final choice of territory. The winner would also have the choice of genocide of the losers, should they choose.
Both are guilty, who's kidding who?

Am I making this too simple? The Palistinians started a war. The Israelis kicked butt and captured a lot of territory. End of Story. Don't get no "do overs".

I'm not sure I entirely agree with the comment that the Palestinians started a war. I guess they did but it was in reaction to their homeland being "invaded" by Jews after the war (WWII). I think I would've been upset about that myself.

This all gets back to the age old question- which came first?? There are those who contend the Palestinians came from Greece.
Around 1500 BC, the time of Moses, the Jews were headed back to Judea. How did they get to Egypt in the first place? Did they came from Judea? How long had they occupied those lands? Then put a date on when the first Palestinians arrived.
And finally remember, God gave the Jews the promised land and God gave the Arabs the oil. (g)

Well, Jerry, don't forget also that the Palestinians are right because they're opposing American allies - any group, no matter how genocidal, is always right if they fight America and her allies. That's the lesson of Vietnam - don't you remember?
