I've seen anecdotal evidence of the increasing supply of dentists and accountants, so I'm not surprised. This is part of the global trend of ever-increasing labor supply, and it's good for society, because more competition leads to lower prices and better service. For those supplying the services - ie, the dentists - they'll have to find unserved markets that haven't been tapped, which includes rural areas, offering night and weekend services, and so on.

I asked in a previous thread if services have gotten better, because I've noticed that over the last 20 years. I may be wrong, but I do get that sense, possibly because of increasing competition.
There have always been a glut of lawyers. The trick is to adapt to the marketplace, and then the lawyer should be all right.

Not that I've noticed -- I've been waiting four months now for an update to my will. Thinking about looking for a new shyster....

Why would it take four months??? You must have a lot of assets requiring teams of lawyers and accountants - but that's the benefits of working for the military, because you get the big money.

New Dental clinics are popping up like mushrooms out our way.
It seems that most are Indian migrants, and in fact my dentist one of them and she is excellent. Best I have ever had in fact.

I did all my papers (wills, power of attorney, living trust, medical directory, etc) using templates I found on line and then had them notarized. Unless things are that much different in PA than the are in TX, why waste your money?

I was looking at that also, Denny. I see where I can buy the software from between 250 and 400.

I'm sure there are several places on the net where you can get them. All of mine are pretty basic and simple, but then I don't have a whole lot of money, stocks, bonds, property, silver, gold, etc., that just messes up your life. I'm just a simple man. Denny
