US$19 Billion is not much of a solution to a US$300 Billion problem.
Dribs and drabs input will do nothing much to fix it, and in all probability will see many instalments to come. And many other dud companies in line at the soup kitchen.
If all this has the effect of stunting the growth of the Chinese apartment building, then the unemployed will stop sending money home to mum amd dad. Emporer XI will have his popularity take a hit.
