Fellows a bit off topic here , a German would not see a smiley face because Germans are too uptight and suspicious of everything .

I'm using Chrome 28.0.1500.95, but as I still get repeatetly those 503 errors, which are pointing to a replication issue between the cloud-servers in the USA and Germany, I would presume that the missing grafics are part of the bigger issue. For all other pages it works fine. Maybe they upgrade the US systems first and the ones in Europe a bit later. I'm using Chrome also, with no problems. You may have put your finger on it - Europe vs. North America. Wonder if our new member from the UK is having problems as the Australians don't seem to be bothered.

Mathias, I changed your :-) to a colon plus close parantheses and it makes a smiley recognized by this board. The - (nose) is not recognized here. Just wondering do you see any of these smileys?

Hi Jerry,
thanks, but don't wste any further efforts, it is clearly an technical issue in their Germn cloud-system as today I see the smielys, but no longer the profil-pictures of the users, including mine.
