Now that the world is talking about the use of gas in the Syrian conflict, the issue is what we should have done if Saddam Hussein had used gas against us in the First Gulf War. The Economist magazine said he should get gas back, and so we should. But I'm also wondering if we would reserve the right to escalate and use mini-nukes.
Anyone?

Can't do that!
Think of the "innocent civilians", mothers and babies even.

Iraq did use gas against Iran during their cluster f--k in the '70's , there is yet to find a way that spares the innocents in a war even while riding a water buffalo .

Irag also used gas against the Turkish Kurds who live in Iraq.
A remember it was reported here by a news reader who said Kurkish Turds and then apologised.
