John Roberts chief justice of the U.S. who was attacked over his vote on Obamacare was entirely correct Obamacare is by definition a tax an should be dealt with by Congress , reading through Obamacare there are many good points one that stands out is coverage for pre-existing conditions , so what is the noise about ? mostly Americans don't like to be told how to spend their money and those on the dole will continue to reap benefits without cost except to the taxpayers .

What's wrong with Obamacare and the provision you specifically mentioned?
It flies in the face of any insurance plan ever developed. Insurance was originally conceived to permit neighbors to contribute to a fund, on a recurring basis and these contributions would be used to help other neighbors pay for large unforeseen debts like fires or illnesses.
Then it became a business for some who used the contributions of the members to invest and earn interest. They then used the interest to pay their employees and their investors and the contributions for the members were used to help other members pay for unforeseen debts.
Soon this money became mingled and became one big pot used to pay investors, employees and members.
Now the Government steps in via Obamacare as demands that the insurance companies pay for all sorts of health services, many of which are not needed or wanted by some of the members (for example - a single, unmarried, gay guy does not need insurance covering pap smears or obstetric care - but - Obamacare says he must have that coverage in his insurance policy - so - he gots to pay for them)
Now to those folks who have the dreaded "preexisting condition! They KNOW they are gonna require lots of medical care but they get to pay the same rates as a young, healthy, non-smoking 18 year old who is probably not going to need care for 50 years or more, unless he gets into a motorcycle accident without his helmet on.
The whole Obamacare thing totally ignores the principle of those with the greatest risk should pay the largest share. In order to stay in business, all insurance companies are gonna have to offset this terrible business model by raising the rates for all members.
No matter how much they would like to, liberals just can not repeal the laws of nature, supply and demand.

We must remember that we the people are the government and we are represented by our elected representatives , Obamacare cannot fly without funds and the people control the funds with the majority of the people wanting Obamacare . In many cases though the tail wags the dog and that is the root of the problem .
