whatreallyhappened.com/WRHARTICLES/pearl/www.geocities.com/Pentagon/6315/lend.htmlMind boggling! Take a look at the 'ATOMIC materials' list and ask yourself WHY? In WW2 at that time hardly anyone KNEW what the hell uranium was, or what it may be used for, and I ask myself if FDR did not do that deliberately. Was the first Russian nuclear device really American? Made possible not only by British spies, but also American material? SJ

Possibly. And, without American food, clothing, aviation fuel and trucks, the Russians could never have made it to Berlin.

Who the hell was paying for all this ? , ALSO I have mentioned a number of times in this forum that FDR was a humbug a communist and a socialist he dragged this Country into the Big Loser called WWII so he could share our wealth with the Empire and Russia and anyone else that came to mind , I received a lot ho hums from the less enlighten hanging around here .

What gets me is what did they do with this Nuclear/Atomic stuff when it arrived?
Did it go to a predetermined destination? Were Russian scientists waiting for it, did they know what is was for? Did Russia already have 'Manhattan' secrets? Did FDR deliberately GIVE Russia the inside running to duplicate 'Manhattan'?
With British PM, Clement Attlee GIVING a half dozen Rolls Royce 'Nene' jet engines to Stalin that ended up killing an awful lot of Americans in Sabres and B29s, this smacks of treason.

The idea of a uranium bomb was in the air at the time, so, since Stalin had spies at the Manhattan Project, he wanted his scientists to work on splitting the atom.

AFAIK, no Russians were seconded to the Manhattan project.
But that does not explain why 13,000,000 lbs of "aluminum rods (for reactors)" were sent. And 2.2 lbs of "Uranium metal"
