Americans have a phobia about killing women and children , in Vietnam many a good soldier died from this phobia , kids and women can kill you just as dead as any man , some of the worst fighting during tet was in the Cholon ( Chinese ) district in Saigon , it was very bitter and most of district was destroyed , collateral damage killed a lot innocent civilians .

9/11 is a good example of the American mindset , at least one of the two planes could have been shot down before it crashed into the twin towers .

That's the problem - we don't want to kill their innocents, but they want to kill the innocents of others.

When people have a cause nothing else matters other than the cause , Americans are no exception , with native Americans everyone died , the only good Indian was a dead one .
