I thought Obama did very well last night while Romney sorta held his own. After all, who should know more about foreign policy other the the President? I suspect that Obama will get whatever bounce comes from this debate.
Did any of you watch clips from the Al Smith dinner featuring these two? Some of the zingers were hilarious.

Romney did not stick it to Obama until 50 minutes into the debate. For a while there I thought Romney was going to fall down and play dead. They agreed on so many issues it lookied like Obama vs. Obama Lite.
I was happy to hear though, that Mitt had flip-floped again. He is now against Obamacare. The last time he said it had some good points and needed a revision.

You may be interested in this then:
Former CIA Director Michael Hayden says Mitt Romney was “spot on” when he said during Monday’s debate that the Obama administration wanted to keep a residual force in Iraq after the withdrawal of most American troops.
President Obama suggested in the debate that Romney was mistaken in seeking to keep 10,000 American troops in Iraq — which is what the administration initially sought to do.
Former CIA Director Michael Hayden says Mitt Romney’s avoidance of an in-depth discussion of the attack on American diplomatic personnel in Benghazi, Libya, during Monday’s debate was part of a carefully thought out plan.
Asked if he was surprised that Libya did not play a bigger role in the debate, Hayden tells Newsmax TV: “Yes, frankly I was. But also upon reflection I understand perhaps why it did not.
“I think Gov. Romney’s goal was to portray himself, and he did, as responsible, knowledgeable, and calm, and the president spent a great deal of time trying to provoke the governor, trying to make him appear to be dangerous or scary, and he failed. I understand why the governor did not want to get down into the tactical weeds, to keep himself and his thoughts at a strategic level and looking forward.
