The Hezbollah have been at loggerheads with Israel for the longest time, and they have been supported by Assad's Syria. Well, if Assad falls, the rebels will know who Assad's friends were, and they may not support those buddies, namely, the Hezbollah. And, since the enemy of my enemy is my friend, the rebels could end up siding with Israel to squeeze the Hezbollah. And this does not include Iran. Read this Bloomberg analysis.

But nobody believes that to happen, not even the Israelis as the rebels are not the rebels, but about 40 different groups with their own interests.
