Notice it was stated that when the Jews got to Sinai that they split up. Some sailed to Greece. First of all, where did the ships come from? Did they build them on location? That Sinai area was not noted for being forested. Were they purchased? That area had about as many used ship salesmen as it did trees.
Secondly it was stated that they sailed up the Red Sea to the Mediterranean to reach Greece. Remember, the Suez Cannel had not been constructed at this time, 1500 BC. Did they portage to the Mediterranean or were the ships purchased on the Med? (more likely)

I have it on good authority that a young Greek shipowner, a Mr Aristotle Onassis, recently the Captain's cabin boy on the good ship 'Venus' (Google), had as a matter of good fortune a large number of Greek Triremes in good condition.
These he sold to the poor and desperate 'asylum seekers' from the barren wastes of Egypt. Plan A had been to cross the Indian Ocean to the Social Security Utopia of the Peoples Democratik Republik of Downunda, but the price for the Greek boats was too good to refuse.
This sale was so good that Aristotle Onassis went on in his later years to marry a sweet young (very) 2nd hand chick from the West.
He died on the job!
