Hey Jerry, wauw, that sounds very honorable. I guess that is one of the reasons why you would do it again right?
Swampy.. that is you Indy right? Thanks for the compliment haha. Always nice when someone refers to you as “hot”. Feel free to add me on Facebook you guys, I do all my posts in English (Stephanie Velings) I didn’t think you were a vet? What is your profession?
Denny, I am not sure what number he is. So don’t take my word for it. But I do know his record is very impressive and he is on a list. But I wouldn’t know where to find it on the internet. His name is Dominic Preece.
Maybe funny to know that I’ve met this guy on Twitter who lives in South Africa. Afrikaans is actually a lot like Dutch. That’s so weird. Has anyone ever been there? Does anyone speak any Dutch? :-P

Stephanie,
I just realized I didn't answer your question about where I live. I live in Georgetown, Texas.

Come on, Denny. Everyone knows Georgetown is a section of Washington, DC... Texas is a whole world away - geographcally, politically, and morally.....

Stephanie, yes, I'm Indy over there, and we have a FB version of this group - actually there are two FB groups that mirror this one.
I wanna talk to you about exercise, but it's late - remind me if I don't start a thread in a week.

Hey Denny, my publisher is in Houston Texas. But I have no idea if that is near you. Have never been to America. I will go for the first time at the beginning of next year for my booklaunch! (Awesome). I'll go to New York!
Indy, I would love to help you/ advise you if I can. I'm gonna make a video about exercise soon. Maybe you've noticed that I upload videos on Youtube from time to time?
Where did that Australian guy go??
:-P
Take care! Stephanie

Jerry,
You're right. Much like Berliners feel that they are the center of the world, Texans sometimes feel much the same. However, to equate LIBERAL Georgetown DC with ULTRA-CONSERVATIVE Georgetown, TX is laughable!
Stephanie - Houston is about 250 miles from me, on the Gulf Coast. Those of us from much of Texas refer to it as the armpit of Texas. There are a lot of oil and gas refineries there, plus it is always hot and humid. That leaves an odor that is unmistakeable. Ask your publisher about Stinkydena (Pasadena). It's not too far from Houston and it REALLY stinks!

Stephanie,
Presently the Australian east coast is 10 hours ahead of Amsterdam (near 8AM on the 4th Dec).
We are 5 hours ahead of the US West coast, but they are a day behind (1PM on the 3rd Dec) because of the International Date Line.
All very confusing!

Yes, I am in the very strange habit of retiring about 8PM, and am up about 4AM.
I think AGE has something to do with it.

Hey guys,
I can kind of relate to what you mean Denny. When I lived in Aruba there was a part of the island that always smelled bad, because of the fabrics there and all the gasses, and I think there was a big dump there also. Not very pleasant.
John, wow that is a huge difference in time. I did see MCLeods Daughters alot (that series). They always get up at 5 or something and go to bed early, like 8 or so. Is that normal there, or are you just weird? Haha kidding. So, will you tell me something about Australia? I am very eager to travel the world later, definitely wanna see some kangaroos :-P
Keep in touch, Stephanie

If you're going to Australia, Stephanie, you should also see New Zealand. I've been to both, many decades ago, and the people are quite nice.
