I would like to welcome Mr CV Wood, who was introduced to me by one of our FB members. I have been looking for someone to discuss economics with, and he's obviously knowledgeable. Even better, Wood is a Hayekian, while I'm a Keynesian, so let the debate begin!  SJ, chime in of course. |

I go a bit beyond Hayek but I'm indeed a fan, I've also read and studied, Adam Smith, Marx, Bastiat, Tocqueville, Mises, Friedman, Keynes and some others...but I think I can argue Austrian as good as anyone.

In Finland I only have seen or heard that name in one single context: as some kind of a code which denotes, "Russian agent". I almost got punched in the face in that particular "context". |

I'm not familiar with Detlev, unfortunately, I googled him, read a little but maybe you can tell me what separates him from say Hayek, Rothbard or Friedman?
