Spread the message of liberty, put law in it's rightful place, elect leaders to defend life, liberty and property, hold law only to defense and end the offensive plunder of central planners. The only true peace will come from mutual respect, communication; where the rights of all individuals are defended with equality under the law, only then will justice be served, only then will there be both social and economic harmony.

There are two issues I would like to discuss in your message: 1) law and 2) peace.
You said "hold law only to defense" - I'm not sure what you mean by that, but law can be used as an offensive weapon. For example, some lawyers have used wrongful death suits to bankrupt the white-supremacist organizations whose members engage in killing non-white people. Law can also be used to punish wrongdoers and deter others - in fact, general deterrence is a principle of sentencing.
The other issue is peace. Peace is not our highest value; freedom and democracy are our two highest values which we value equally. If peace was our highest value, we would have surrendered to the Nazis and allowed them to send innocent people to the gas chambers. Since we didn't do that, we obviously don't value peace as highly as we value freedom and democracy.

One sounds like an activist/politician, the other like an attorney. I know I'm right about the latter.

Swampy, Law is force, no question about it but the true purpose of law should be respected to only the "defense" of life, liberty and property. In the very case you speak of white supremacist groups were infringing on the lives, liberties and properties of other individuals, the law if serving it's rightful purpose would have "defended" them.
Rather, law was used offensively to discriminate by segregation, revoking right to vote and other heinous crimes.
Democracy is not a value that I hold in good favor, democracy creates "offensive" law, infringes upon our basic right to defense of life, liberty and property. Democracy used without constitutional restraint of law can revoke freedom - such as slavery, indentured servitude.
Rather than use the law to defend against plunder, law is rather used to plunder, thus negating the "defense" purpose of law to maintain liberty, peace is obtained by mutual respect, such can only be served by equal justice under the law.
Perverted law causes conflict - As long as it is admitted that the law may be diverted from its true purpose — that it may violate property instead of protecting it — then everyone will want to participate in making the law, either to protect himself against plunder or to use it for plunder.

You have three choices...
1) The few plunder the many - (no vote, authoritarian rule) 2) Everyone plunders everyone - (Everyone votes to plunder others) 3) Nobody plunder anyone - (Law prevails and justice is served)

There are good laws and there are bad laws - that's why we have constitutions.
Democracy without freedom is stunted, I agree.

Legislation is the framework within which the society operates, to a large extent.
