Our member is being interviewed about her first book. I have high sugar levels, which are below the danger zone but still sufficiently high that I have to watch my diet.

I realized that we’re mostly being put into boxes and are expected to live a certain life. But that there is actually a much bigger world of opportunities, achievements and ambitions out there. I realized that all of the things we want are out there and that we can achieve them if we really want to. This discovery literally changed the course of my life.
