Chris Dormer, served in the navy before joining the LA police, and he feels he was wrongfully terminated by the LAPD, so he has apparently gone on a killing rampage and is at large. A large contingent of heavily-armed police are looking for him, but he was one of them, so he knows how to evade them, and they're not underestimating him.

Chris Dormer, served in the navy Looks like he was a Navy Captain.
This guy might be difficult to find. He probably knows all the tricks to mess with the cops.

But he can't hide forever, unless he just wants to spend the rest of his life in a cave. He'll have to wear a disguise and find a new identity.

If O-3 is a LT, what is an O-1 and O-2 in the navy?

And that, Denny, is why being an enlisted weenie does not, automatically, make one qualified to be Sec Def ala Hagel....

So then the two bars still show the same pay grade, O-3, in both army and navy, right? Just the name is changed, not the pay grade, with the double bar, between army and navy.

Correct, Don. An O3 is an O3 in the Army, Navy, Coast Guard and Air Force. Only the name is changed to protect the innocent....
