That's a legal question that can decide if a soldier gets disability benefits. A Canadian soldier suffered a knee injury while on duty, and, when he went for an operation, a surgeon negligently caused further injury, which required the soldier's leg to be amputated. The question then is if his amputation was a result of his military duties. A Canadian court has said yes, and, from what I know of insurance law, that's correct.

Can't disagree but what does a Canadian soldier do that would cause any injury ? .
