When we started this place, I accidentally started another one, called the Military Issues Forum. It's totally empty, so what would you guys like to do with it? Hey, Jerry, if I post twice, do I get that raise you've been promising me?

Hey, Jerry, if I post twice, do I get that raise you've been promising me? Your check was mailed a month ago. You either spent it already or it went to your Cayman Islands account to avoid taxes....

By majority consensus, the other board has been deleted.
Jerry, now that we've cut overhead, don't you think ... you know ... time to actually PAY the staff?

By majority consensus, the other board has been deleted. I was 50% of that majority. Who was the other 50%? -Don- Reno, NV

Hey, man - If you HAD sold it to the government, maybe we could have afforded that raise you keep harping about!! We could have applied for minority benefits and cost overruns, and, if you stay in Canada it could have been US tax free. Blew a major opportunity here!

RIGHT! in preparing for the inevitable, we have transferred the house to the kids and all my savings to Judy so I'm homeless and penniless.....sue away..... People who know nothing about law try that type of nonsense all the time. I bet Swampy has a few such stories. A judge can reverse all those recent decisions (and they do check!), so the money all goes back to you and then Swampy can get his fair share. And I bet Swampy knows a few judges. Perhaps you should pay Swampy all that he is worth (and BTW, he did a great job getting this forum going!). -Don- Reno, NV

You're a perceptive man, Don. That's known as the fraudulent conveyance/preference laws, and they allow a judge to reverse such transactions, so the bad guy would NOT keep his assets.
