That was not such a mini-nuke, the Kiloton TNT range was smaller than the Hiroshima bomb, but is on par with those nukes the USAF had developed to be carried by tactical missiles or airplanes. The big one were for the subs, strategic bombers and ICBMs.

A bit of history but, the way we did it back in the late '50s was to move frequently. The idea being, by the time you were targeted and the nucs programmed, you were no longer there....

If N.Korea wants a nuke give them one we have a few to spare , deliver even say at 60,000 ft .
