With Keasong closed, unrestricted warfare against the USA approved and plans to restart the nuclear reactor at Yongbyon the NK regime has used up now nearly all remaining verbal options. So small actions might follow, like the USS PUEBLO incident in 1968 or the shootdown of an EC-121 in 1969.

NK has moved a mobile ballistic missile-carrier to a test-firing position. A launch might be to be expected within the next days.

Yes, and as Russia has switched sides yesterday and now is against NK, it might become more interesting every hour. China’s military is already in maneuver close to the border. On the other hand China seems to test the US readiness to prove its promise to the other SEA nations (also under threat from China) to defend them. To avoid a PR disaster, the USA would have to wait for the first shoot fired by NK, but that is a dangerous gamble for SK and Japan.

The Combined Fleet of the NK navy sets sail for its invasion of the USA. Or maybe Kim has watched MacArthur's return to the Philippines videos too often backwards.

To be honest now, you have to give Dear Leader credit in that he is not "leading from behind"

Every war seems to have its main theme. In WWI it was trench war. WWII featured tanks and aircraft carriers. I think the next war will be mainly a battle of missiles. I question just how effective ground troops will be. For that reason I question just what China is up to with massing troops at the NK border.
Your thoughts?
